Nesma Industrial Services is part of NESMA Group of Companies specialized in the design,
engineering, manufacturing, maintenance refurbishment of oilfield equipment for the oil, gas
and other energy sectors.
With a solid presence in the Easter Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and expanding into
the GCC countries, NESMA Industrial Services serves major clients in the oil, gas and energy
sectors delivering quality, reliability and operational efficiency.

NIS Designers are highly talented and dedicated professionals delivering innovative solutions
custom made to meet our partners specific onshore and offshore needs. Our design capabilities
aim to enhance our products durability, quality and usability ensuring compliance to all
regulatory requirements and changes.
NIS Engineers are specialized in multi-disciplined onshore and offshore upstream equipment
such as cementing, pumping, Coil Tubing, fracking equipment wireline logging, slickline, Testing,
amongst others. Our experienced engineers utilize multidisciplinary approaches which includes
hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, instrumentation, automation and electrical to produce, upgrade, maintain and refurbish high-quality equipment built to satisfy our clients’ needs and
operational excellence.
NIS new built and refurbished equipment are produced and served in-house in a qualified
manufacturing facility that meets industry standards. NIS production facility and workshops are
equipped with overhead cranes, high-quality hydraulic and pneumatic equipment assembly, as
well as, fabrication, sand blasting, painting and quoting bays.
NIS sales team are qualified engineers committed to meet customers’ needs and dedicated to
attend to their after sales needs. Hence guaranteeing their equipment operational continuity

NIS Local Content
and IKTVA Scores
The In-Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) program was officially launched by Saudi Aramco in
December 2015. It was created to enhance local content, boost domestic value creation, and support economic diversification within Saudi Arabia.
In May 2023, the program has been transformed to LCGPA (Local Content and Government
Procurement Authority). The certificate measures a company’s contribution to the local economy and provides advantages in government tenders.
